Service manager/rep was great. Service itself was incredible horrible... Simple 1-1.5 hour oil change turned into 6 hour wait at the dealership. Not cool. It’s understandable to wait 2-3 hours but 6 hours is crazy wait time. Appointment was at 9:30. I didn’t leave til 3. Service tracker on my phone was completely useless. No one updated anything so I never knew where my truck was in service or just sitting at the lot or anything.
They say they check the tire, the tire pressure and they didn’t rear tire tires had 34 pounds instead of 35
All was ok. If they can figure out how to get basic service done in less than 2 hours, they would be the best!

No communication, Hard to reach a person, had to pay for a rental while vehicle in for warranty work (they "dont have loaner vehicles") Service writer is not experienced or knowledgable about issues or how to write them up
The dealership in general is great however the service department fell short on my first visit. I had scheduled an oil change and I had a leak in another part of the vehicle so I asked to have that looked at as well. All they did was refill the reservoir without fixing the leak.
Great communication from service advisor, with reaponse in a timely manner. Service done was well explained.
My vehicle came home with scratches and dents on the back hatch and back window. I will be expecting this dealership to fix at no cost to me.
Not the best I buy a AT4X 2026 last year the dash cam installed at the dealer when buy the truck the Rear dash cam never work I bring the truck back and charge for replacement I ask for clean my truck in and out next day sxochitll don’t answer my texts or calls so I go to the dealer and ask for my truck don’t clean and try to keep the dash cams replacement it’s my second truck buy there but after this I change my business to another dealer poor customer service 😞😞😞😞

Poor customer service in the service department. Aaron is a liar and the manager Alex is worse, didn’t take the time to hear me out to even understand my concerns. Felt rushed off the phone.

Experienced very poor customer service on recent oil change. Jordan Rasmussen refused to honor oil change promotional discount received from Group 1. Furthermore, he would not honor advertised oil change price on Group 1 website. I purchased this particular vehicle at Sterling McCall and have had it serviced there for 10 yrs and never had a single problem with customer service until Group 1 took over. I’ll be purchasing a NEW truck in a few months, but unfortunately it will be elsewhere.
The SERVICE ADVISOR Ronald Quevedo was excellent. Very patient and followed up multiple times to make sure I was taken care of. He made sure my main concern was addressed. Very helpful service center. Very friendly

Group 1 is the dealership I frequent for any service issues with my GMC Sierra. I was a bit xxxxxx to find out that Basil Khan departed the company, but then Ronald Quevedo came into my life. Ronald was great… He called me with updates when he said he would and him along with the mechanic found the problem and fixed it. I appreciate his determination, eagerness and professionalism. Honestly, because of Ronald, my wife and I will continue coming to Group 1.

I went to this dealership because I wanted to use gmc. My check engine light came on due to trash in my diesel. It was there for two weeks. The communication between our two parties was terrible. When you purchase a vehicle over $100k, it should not matter where the service comes from as long as it’s a gmc dealer. I am thankful that I will not have to use them again.

Went in with an oil leak and they said the oil leak seems to be coming from the oil sensor? No the oil pan plug was cracked which they somehow missed or they somehow broke when they changed our oil. They said we had a coolant leak but when taking to a German car specialist he told us the computer needed to be recalibrated and something is up with the sensor. We called Beck and asked what they could do for us. Nothing was done for us.

I took my car in for oil change on 1/22/26, when I used my car at night I found out that my steering wheel went up and down, left and right. And I was freaking out. Please check everything before you have the car back.

I have up and down with the dealership. Service is always good most of the time. My problems stem more from why I’ve had to replace a part three time in the past ten years and why the paint on my hood and roof faded and deteriorated in less than five years. But this is a systemic problem at the manufacturing.

After the diagnostic report , the customer representative explained the results of the report .He explained in terms that I could understand, therefore I understood what repairs need to be done to my vehicle . Found a GMC Yukon on the website , I just needed the bottom dollar price off msrp. After about 3 hours a manager told me they do not and will not come off MSRP. It was a waste of time and energy. I could have been calling another dealership instead of being told I will get an answer shortly. Very frustrating, they need to tell customers they do not come off msrp upfront.
Great experience having my vehicle serviced. My Service Advisor took time to listen to my concerns and addressed them in detail with knowledge and professionalism.
Charged me almost 300 dollar to replace lightbulbs and even then didn't fix my issue.

Fixed every time; just to be back in within weeks, for a different issues.
I was sold a “Lime” and service keeps using band aids to fix it. This a a new vehicle, that is NOT reliable.
I have lost over 80 hrs of work, that NO ONE will compensate me for.
Now, I was advise parts have 1 year warranty, (what a joke!) The vehicle has NOT even completed year yet and has been to the shop over 4 times for major issues.
