My first oil change at the dealership was handled very well by the service department. I arrived at my appointment time and was immediately greeted by a service manager who soon took my truck into the service area. I wandered into the sales showroom and looked at some of the new models and had a conversation with one of salesmen about Super Cruise. Shortly after returning to the service waiting room, they brought my truck over all ready to go. It had also been washed and vacuumed. it looked brand new again. I paid the salesman, picked up my key fob, walked around and did a visual inspection of the truck, got in and left. The entire experience was easy and as fast as anticipated. Thanks to everyone at Group 1 GMC Southwest.

Moses and Roy sneaky and unpredictable. Moses lacks communication and always thought he contacted me or set up scheduling. Says he will contact or call you back nope. Lies about why your car is making noise or why the light is on sends you places without a an appointment that he Moses himself said he scheduled I’ve wasted a whole tank of gas and time just from getting the run around and Roy will transfer you to Moses when you ask to speak with the GM and claim he doesn’t know the GM email. Moses will pretend to be the GM. They take your kindness for weakness worst experience in purchasing a car ever!!!!

Jordan is very accommodating, he provided us transportation while our truck is in service and updated us what else needed on the truck.
